Different views on confidence

Typical views of confidence are valued because they align with capitalism and capture the “energy of being right”. It’ very white, male-centric. What’s another way of thinking about confidence? A way of being that is the opposite of “swagger-y assuredness” and that is focused more on the questions than on the answer? What is a confidence that embodies that energy of curiosity?
